Cancellations
We understand that plans change, however Marameo requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a booking, regardless of your personal circumstance.
Bookings cancellations or reduction in numbers, within 24 hours of your expected arrival will be charged the $50pp fee.
No shows will be charged the $50pp fee.
Groups and Private functions: as advised by our Events Team.
MENU
Menus are subject to change due to seasonal produce availability. We reserve the right to adjust menu pricing without prior notice
Dietary Requirements
Please add your dietary requirements on the booking notes or notify staff when you arrive - we will do our best to accommodate.
Booking Duration
All reservations are for 2 hours. Please contact us if you wish to extend your booking.
Group bookings in our function spaces with minimum spends attached receive extended booking times.
Seating
We cannot guarantee any special requests for specific tables.
Gift Voucher
These can be purchased via our website, to redeem simply present your voucher to our team (printed/digital).
Birthday/Cakes
We do not allow BYO cakes unless you are a group of 8 or more. We do not charge a cakeage fee.
Children
We do not have a children's menu, however have plenty of delicious child-friendly options on our menu, or can serve a napoli based pasta and icecream.
Highchairs
We have a limited amount of highchairs available, please advise us upon booking that you will require a highchair and we will do our best to accommodate.

We do not accept split bills.
Payment & Fees
We accept all cards, except Diners.
A 5% service fee applies to bookings of 8 guests or more.
A 10% surcharge applies for Sundays and a 15% surcharge applies for Public Holidays to all bookings.

Outdoor Dining
Marameo's terrace is now weatherproof, with our retractable roof. Kindly note if you choose to book this space we will not be able to move your table inside the venue.
Lost Property
Please phone Marameo if you have left an item behind, or pop in and speak to our friendly team. We will return your call if your item is found.
Accessibility
Marameo is accessed via a flight of stairs, we do not have a lift to enter the venue.
We do not have disabled bathroom facilities.
Parking
There is street parking available on Russell Street, as well as paid parking close to Marameo off Little Collins Street.
Private Dining
Marameo features one semi-private area and two private dining spaces. These interconnected areas are perfect for events of various sizes, offering privacy and flexibility when combined to configure the space as you wish.
